Fewer handoffs. Faster parts.
Every time a part changes hands, something can slip. A quote waits on another vendor. A shipment sits on a dock. A spec gets lost between shops.
That’s why we expanded our Belleville, Illinois facility. More forming, more welding and more assembly now happen under one roof, so your parts move from flat blank to finished assembly with fewer stops along the way.
This October, as manufacturers across the country celebrate Manufacturing Month, we’re proud to show what that investment looks like on the floor.
What’s new in Belleville
More forming capacity. Belleville now runs three press brakes, including a new machine with an automatic tool changer. Quicker changeovers mean less downtime between jobs and more flexibility for short and long runs alike.
Robotic welding. A new robotic weld cell delivers consistent, repeatable welds at production speed. It frees our skilled welders to focus on the complex work that still needs a human hand.
Room to grow. An additional 10,000 square feet gives us space for assembly, kitting and the higher volumes our customers are asking for.
One partner, start to finish. Paired with stamping, tooling and machining at our Hoffman plant, Belleville lets us take a part from tool design to finished assembly without sending it out the door.

Built for the industries powering what’s next
Demand for power and data infrastructure is surging, and the companies building it need suppliers who can keep up. Belleville is already producing for that market today.
- Data center infrastructure: cable tray systems, brackets and sub-assemblies built for repeat, high-volume orders
- Electrical and power transmission: stamped, fabricated and assembled metal and copper components for power distribution
- OEM manufacturers: formed and welded parts and assemblies for agriculture, construction, consumer products and more
For these customers, domestic supply isn’t a nice-to-have. When a project schedule is on the line, a partner in Illinois beats a container on the ocean.
Proof on the shop floor
Investments only matter if they show up in your parts. Here’s what that looks like:
- Volume you can count on. We deliver repeat cable tray orders in the hundreds of thousands of pieces, with consistent quality from the first part to the last.
- Smarter tooling, lower cost. One redesigned progressive die cut material use by 5% while holding every dimensional requirement.
- Fewer operations. One in-die tapping tool eliminated a secondary operation and saves our customer more than $150,000 a year.
All of it runs under our ISO 9001-certified quality system, built for consistency, traceability and accountability.

Let’s build what’s next together
Whether you need cable tray for your next data center build, components for power distribution, or one partner to take a part from blank to assembly, we’re ready.
